Let’s get down to business:
I believe that a fit body is a simple byproduct of regulation.

That’s a loaded statement to make.
And I promise you this: stick with me, it will begin to make a LOT of sense.

My writing is ALL ABOUT THE BODY. While I write from different lenses (emotional, spiritual, and physical), I hold a focus on the physical.

This is for my friends with weight to lose, enough weight to be mildly concerned about loose skin. And yes, we’re going to talk about WHY the abdomen is most affected with loose skin. It’s not a coincidence, dear reader…

I write in a way that gives you a lens (what’s happening), a lever (what matters most), and a next step (what to do now).

A Little Cookie Crumb Trail Through the Forest…


I spent a decade+ in the obese spectrum, unknowingly using food to cloak myself from the perceived dangers of the world.

I now call this dynamic of mine the “pufferfish syndrome”.

When I began to reconnect to my body (read: began to heat up the frozen tundra that had become my relationship to my body) a small voice of curiosity began to rise within.

And that voice told me that there was another way.

There was a way beyond calories-in, calories-out.
There was a way beyond eating salads and pretending to be happy.
There was a way beyond Frankenstein surgeries that slice through our belly buttons in order to artificially lift up our abdomens (said with full offense).

There is another way.

It has been 8!!! years since I began my earnest exploration of THAT way.
And now, I’m eager to share it with you.

If you’re here, one thing is clear: my energy would have washed you away if you truly believe differently. Read an article or two. If you still like me, awesome. You have a voice within you that is also poking at you, telling you that something is off with the majority of the "weight-loss” community.

Realignment is the key.
Regulation is the key.
A fit body is a byproduct of alignment.
